The house is open and spacious, with large openings throughout. Water boiler heating system, and hot water heater, are 2 years old. Presently only 3 of the bedrooms are being used as bedrooms. 2 bedrooms are used as home offices, there is a third bedroom used for computor room for kids.The farmhouse has mostly all new vinyl double pane argon filled low E windows, original hardwood floors, ceramic tile in 2 bathrooms and entrance.
