Note: this home is on Cistern collection...and there are 2 Cisterns 1500 gallon, and 600 gallon. Many wells run dry on the island as increased housing continues, many folks are going with cistern collection so as to avoid tapping into an already low water reserves here on the island. I usually buy 2 loads per year and this is typically around July late sept (drier season) other wise there is plenty collected for year round use.
This TRULY..is a sweet little spot. It is so beautiful in here, and no one can see in, so I feel like I am in my own little "shangrila". There are a nice stand of trees on the property, many cedars, and large firs, arbutus. I have taken down over a dozen trees over the years to let more sunshine in..and I think it ideal as is. Of course any trees taken down will supply you with wood heat, or timber if desired.
