This quarter section is located on the Bonaparte Plateau, 17 kms south of Bonaparte Lake. It has Joe Ross Creek flowing through the middle of it. Either side of the creek are fine unfenced grazing areas; these form the flat valley floor. Beyond them, on both sides of the creek are rolling hills with timber.
The land was logged 26 years ago. The loggers left trees around the edge of the property and the new growth is substantial.
3 areas, each of several acres, have been professionally fenced off for grazing.
A 16' x 24' wall tent complete with a wood burning stove and propane fridge makes this an ideal base for wilderness activity.
